How We Welcome New Residents

Our straightforward referral and onboarding process ensures every resident receives the right support from day one.

Referral

Referrals are accepted from local authorities, social workers, NHS teams, charities, or self-referrals. We respond within 24 hours.

Assessment

We conduct a thorough needs assessment to understand the individual's circumstances, goals, and the level of support required.

Support Plan

A personalised support plan is co-created with the resident, outlining goals, key worker arrangements, and daily routines.

Move In

The resident moves into their new home with a warm welcome from our team, who are on hand to help them settle in comfortably.

Ongoing Support

Regular reviews ensure the support plan evolves with the resident's progress, always working towards greater independence.
